Shipping
We ship across the UK and internationally using tracked couriers, so you can follow your piece from our hands to yours. Available options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
International orders may be subject to customs charges and import duties set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
Returns
Because every piece is vintage and usually one of one, all sales are final.
Exceptions may apply in limited circumstances, such as an item arriving damaged, incorrect, or with a significant issue that was not disclosed in its listing. If that happens, contact us as soon as your order arrives and we will put it right.
Authenticity
We sell 100% authentic items only. We never sell replicas.
Every piece is inspected and authenticated by us before it is listed. Some items may also include an authenticity card from the original brand.
Condition guide
Every listing states its condition using the grades below, along with notes on anything you should know.
- New / Deadstock
- Never worn. May show light marks from storage, and boxes can carry age-related wear.
- Excellent
- Worn very little, with minimal signs of wear that are hard to spot.
- Very Good
- Light signs of wear, such as faint sole marks or small scuffs, all shown in the listing.
- Good
- Visible wear consistent with age and use. Still a beautiful piece to wear or collect.
- Fair
- Noticeable wear or flaws, clearly described and photographed. Priced to reflect it.
Sizing
Vintage sizing varies between brands, countries and eras, so a labelled size is a starting point rather than a promise.
Where we can, we list insole length and heel height. Compare these with a pair you already own, and ask us if you would like extra measurements.
Limited availability
Our pieces are carefully curated and mostly one of one. Once it is gone, it is gone, until we find another. We cannot guarantee that a sold piece will be restocked.
Brand affiliation
Curate 24 is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the brands we sell. Brand names are used only to describe the items accurately.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Prices and availability can change without notice, and a piece is only reserved once checkout is complete.
We describe each item as accurately as we can, including its condition, measurements and any flaws. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Privacy policy
We only collect the information we need to answer your questions and fulfil your orders. If you use our contact form, it opens your own email app with your name, email, order number and message; we receive what you choose to send.
When the shop is live, orders and payments are handled securely by our checkout provider, who processes your name, address, email and payment details to complete your purchase. We do not sell your information.
